I ordered my “US-Based” product on July 16th and paid for priority processing. I have had zero updates in 2 weeks and sent 4 customer support emails with no reply. I suspect a scam. I may be filing a claim with my credit card company.

my order (which was may 18th) was not fulfilled. After many attempts to contact the company I finally got a response saying that they had issues and now going to start sending out delivery orders. that was June 3. I have not received any info about delivery. update: it is now July 27th and my kit has just arrived... after being ghosted for 1 month! no response from company... I want my refund but am very concerned that I won't get my money back due to strict refund terms.

90% of your reviews say that you don’t ship when you say you’re gonna ship they can’t find it for tracking. It doesn’t come when you say it’s gonna come. They don’t even know if they’re gonna get it. I don’t know how some people got it and 90% of the people didn’t so this leads me to believe that you’re fraudulent company so let me know why it is that I should buy something from you

1st- It takes them over 2 weeks to create a shipping label and has been a week since then and they haven't even dropped it off. 2nd- Customer service will try to gas light you into thinking you haven't given the ample time to ship the product. Hoenstly it's a great idea but this company is a joke and has some of the worst service I've ever dealt with. I would've rathered ordered some dropshipped trash from Alibaba, at least I'd get it.

I can’t believe how bad the customer service is for this company. I ordered a Christmas gift and not only did it not arrive on time, they provide NO tracking info and had a big attitude when I questioned them about this. They are misleading customers by running paid social media ads in mid December promoting their products as Christmas gifts when the gift will not be delivered in time for Christmas. The reviews about the poor customer service are 100% true. They are rude and blame the customer for not reading their webpage…but they are the ones falsely advertising the product as a Christmas gift…I guess it’s for the “next” Christmas. This is not a reliable company nor one that puts the customer first.

Please my order on 12/3. On 12/9 I emailed asking for an update on the order as there was no progress on shipping, label, tracking...nothing. I received an email in response to mine stating I would receive a tracking number. Got the tracking number that just said a label had been created. Ten days later nothing. I emailed again asking when the item would ship. I got back a ridiculous response stating from the company that they could not tell me when the item would ship. I only bought this as a Christmas gift. After the 25th I don't need it. I have asked for a refund. Let's see how that goes.
