I ordered a large cutout of my brother for his fiftieth birthday. They were days late even though I paid extra for on time delivery to make sure it was there on his birthday. They sent me a tiny one- it was like the scene from Spinal Tap. They were terrible to deal with, rude and hard to get the refund even though they agreed I had ordered correctly and they’d sent the wrong one. Wound up reporting them to the Better Business Bureau in the end.

I gave it one star because zero star option did not exist. I ordered a 5 foot cardboard photo of my beloved late husband. The cardboard backing stand was defective. It was damaged. My Handyman and his partner (who I paid and hire) had to use extra wide clear scotch tape to hold the notches in place very poor quality very thin, cheap cardboard. The photo came out decently, but the Customer Service at Build a Head is not satisfactory or user-friendly they only refunded me the cost of shipping (20) after several emails back-and-forth wherein I stated that I would notify my bank regarding this credit card purchase. I shall never order from this company again nor will anyone whom I am acquainted with. Buyer beware! Do not utilize build a head.!😡👎

This was a horrible experience. I paid for rushed shipping and the heads came damaged and the sticks broken. When I contacted customer service they offered one dollar back per stick if I filled out a claim form and nothing else, despite the damage to the heads (I paid $35 for shipping only to have them ruined). Plus, the heads themselves you could tell were cut with little to no regard and looked bad. I will be using other services in the future.

I ordered a 4 ft cutout. upon delivery it was folded in half. Unacceptable!!! They never advised me it would be folded in half otherwise I would have ordered the smaller size. The shipping was $20 dont you think the packaging should fit the product. Never again!

I ordered two large heads for our high school senior night. I received it earlier than expected. The quality of the items were excellent. I did have an issue with the second head which was smaller than expected. I contacted them in the evening and received a response right away. Their willingness to make it right was amazing. They were open to any of my comments and concerns and listened. They overnighted a corrected size and I had it in time for our event. Thank you for a great product and for excellent service!

I ordered a 6" standup of my granddaughter to put on my desk. I look at it everyday and love it! I want to order another of my second granddaughter. The quality was great and it arrived very quickly. Also, happy support things made in America.

I was in a rush to get some cardboard cutouts for my brothers graduation and Build a Head came through! Really fast shipping. I was also happy to see that the cutout felt more durable than previous companies I've used in the past. I'll be using them again.

Great team with great products
