I literally sent them so many emails to cancel the account with MoMo cars ; sohail emailed them so many times as well, yet they charge me again. Mohammed Sohail also emailed on May 17, May 23; even thought I tried many times to cancel before. Useless. May 28th they charged again. June 8 someone replies saying ok cancelled. Worst ever.

This company has began billing me with no context or email correspondence, I was inside of Sander Stages courses a few years ago called IPGA and it looks like he is billing peoples bank information who were signed up to that course. This is horrific, do not give you bank information over to him.

Response from Buildable· Jul 14, 2025
Hi Ruben, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and any confusion or frustration it may have caused. After reviewing our records, we were able to locate your account, but we haven't received any prior communication from you regarding this matter. Please note that Buildable operates as a subscription-based service, and like most subscription models, charges will continue unless a cancellation request is made. That said, we completely understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, and we’re here to help make things right. Our support team is available 24/7, and we encourage you to reach out directly at [email protected] so we can review your account in detail and resolve any billing concerns, including processing a refund if appropriate. We truly value our customers and take matters like this very seriously. We look forward to assisting you and getting this resolved as quickly as possible. Warm regards, Adam From The Buildable Team
