I hate leaving bad reviews, but I got charged twice for the same order, like, and nobody even apologised. 2 out of 5 stars from me.

I honestly was expecting the comforter to be cooler. And, I am not a fan of comforters that are not cotton, but I decided to give the Buffy comforter a try because of the reviews. Additionally, I ordered a king comforter, and it seemed a bit short all around, so this was disappointing.

The company has great customer service but I did not care for the pillow. I have spinal stenosis and need a really comfortable pillow. It just wasn't for me.

My comforter is falling apart and it has never even been washed or dried. It also has always been covered with a duvet. I will get at least a handful of fluff pieces left inside the duvet and on the comforter when I change it. I have changed it several times now and it is still happening. Pretty soon there will be no filling left. I am afraid of what will happen if I wash it.

We were excited to try out Buffy since the online reviews looked positive. Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat disappointing. We purchased two sets of sheets and in both cases the bottom sheet started ripping just over a year after purchase. We could not find our old purchase confirmation for the sheets, and Buffy support said they could not honor their 3-year coverage policy as a result. UPDATE: Buffy did follow up with us and offer to replace one set of sheets. We appreciate the follow-up and reconsideration given our initial experience.

I have two of their duvets, and they’re fantastic. I also bought pillows and am very happy with them. However, ordering sheets has been a frustrating experience. Their website shows items as "in stock," but after placing my order, I’ve ended up waiting for months. When I’ve tried switching colors to get something sooner, I find myself needing new pillowcases to match, only to discover they’re out of stock as well. This cycle has happened twice now. My feedback for Buffy: please update your website to reflect accurate stock levels. It’s frustrating to place an order and find out later it’s unavailable

The comforter and duvet cover are very nice. Deducting 2 stars for the dreadful shipping experience and follow up customer service. I never received an email w/itemized receipt and tracking number, until after the comforter was delivered. Even then it took multiple emails before it was emailed. When the comforter and duvet comforter arrived separately, neither had a packing slip or return label. I will keep the comforter and duvet, but I definitely won’t order from this company again. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

The sheets are nice but very wrinkly and overpriced.
