They were very clear in the communication. I got the sneak peak and they made the changes I asked for. Came out great.

Hi Andrew! We're happy to hear your found our team's communication with you was helpful during the production process. Sneak Peeks are one of our favorite upgrades! We're glad Trooper Ripley turned out the way you pictured. 💙
The plush we received was made wrong. They put a nose on it when it was supposed to be lips.

Hi Sandy! We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with how the Budsie of Sackboy's Mom turned out! Our designers look at the drawings submitted and use their interpretation of them to make the best plushies they can. Our team will be more than happy to help with your questions and find a solution for you! Could you please email [email protected]? Our team can help from there! 💙
Not overly impressed with the quality of the 2 i had them make. They asked me about upgrading to fake fure to make it softer i did for extra cost, it makes it look ratty and isn't softer at all. It took months and found the tags say China, so i guess thats why it takes so long and look the way it does.

My experience was great because I got plushies of characters who do not have official merchandise.

Love my book character plush, Princess Daisy, from "The Father's Princess" and "The Princess and the Christmas Gift." The process was simple, and the result lovely. It was a special moment for me to hold my book character.

The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. I submitted a very intricate design that my teenage son drew, and the folks at Budsies came through! It was a long process, but absolutely worth the wait. My son is THRILLED with seeing his design in 3D.

Hi Carrie! Thanks for your kind words! Your son's Budsie of Robot Goober was so fun to make! The colors he chose and the details he added were great! We hope it's brought him lots of joy! 😊
I was very nervous about how it would come out. It was perfect! It was just how my daughter drew it and had details in it that my daughter described. Thank you Budies for the great experience.
