Hi Emma! Your fan art Dora Budsie turned out great, we're glad you love it! Thanks for your review! 💙
They made a near spot on replica of my daughters lost stuffed baby penguin. I was fortunate to have many high quality photos for scale and from every angle. "Baby" was popular so we were fortunate to have many photos. I chose the preview option and only needed to ask for 2 small revisions before it was as good as anyone could ever be expected to make it. This version of baby was actually softer and much better built! Stuffed perfectly and the Budsies plush quality is legit. They mistakenly made her the default 16 inches tall the first draft even though I had made the specific request for 6 inches tall, so that was revision 1, then only one detail about the eyes for a second revision and we were golden. In the end they even gave us the oversize one for free! My daughter could not even believe what she was seeing. Baby was tremendously important to her and she was heart broken without her. There is nothing that could ever compare to making your child feel that good. She was stunned just trying to process the moment. She had like a thousand questions! I am just so so pleased to recommend this company if you are in a similar situation and can't find anywhere to purchase your lost stuffy anywhere on the planet like I was. Literally the best money I have ever spent.

Hi Matthew! Thank you so much for your review and kind words! It means the world to our team that we could make a replacement plush for your kiddo. We know how important childhood plushies can be, and knowing she has "Baby" with her again warms our hearts. We hope having 2 new versions of Baby continues to give her lots of comfort for years to come. 💙
Terrible place. It is like scam. Ones you order a product, they forgot about you. No one answer the phone and/or emails. it is a problem contact them. If you are lucky, maybe your product is going to arrive after 2 months of the purchase. Stay away of that busness.

Hi Ivette! We're so sorry to hear that you're upset with your Budsies experience so far! We checked with our designers, and they reached out in early July with questions about what faux fur you'd like them to use on your "Plants Scientific" character plush. Unfortunately they did not get an initial reply until a couple days ago. They didn't want to move forward without your approval on your plush's design since it's your character. This put the order on hold, but if you email our team back with your choice they can get started again on the plush as soon as possible! Our team will be happy to help, and we're looking forward to sending your plush to you! 💙
Love my bear! Exactly how I described it! Thank you!

I sent in a drawing my son made and the plush was perfect. It looked exactly like the drawing and it's very well-made.

Hi Marlon! Thanks for your review! We're glad your daughter loves her new plushie of Chance! His hat, suit, and outfit details are so cool! 💙
I placed my order at the beginning of April. My estimated ship date was May 27th. That was a long time, but plenty of time for a custom order. May 27th came and went. There was zero communication from Budsies and it was rather difficult to find a contact to get updates on my order. We had a custom order that we needed two weeks prior to the 4th of July. So even not having our order by May 27th wasn't that huge of a deal because we still had a month to work with. Our custom order only fully processed by the end of June and we only received our custom order by Monday, June 30th.

Hi Rebecca! We're so sorry to hear that you're upset with the timing of your order for Sparky's plushie! Since our plushies are handmade and custom made, we always provide an estimate turnaround time for the production, but sometimes it can take a bit longer than others. We never want anyone to end their Budsies experience on a bad note! You can always email us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to help more from there! Thank you for your feedback 💙
I was so incredibly impressed with the end result. It looked EXACTLY like the picture my son drew!
