Thank you for reaching out. Orders are verified to ensure customer safety, to make sure that you're the one placing the order and that no one else is using your information without your permission. Order can be held for many reasons. Orders shipping to an address that has not been used on your account, placing multiple orders back to back, first time orders that are a high dollar amount, and a few more are things we have seen often with fraudulent orders. We do understand that this can cause frustration, but it is done to ensure that your information is not being used fraudulently. As for the authorization and payment showing separately, we are working on solving this issue. The authorization is a temporary hold on the funds and typically releases within a few days. If the authorization and payment show separately please contact us so we can manually try to remove the authorization as we are not notified by the banks that they are showing separately. We deeply apologize for any frustration and inconvenience that this transaction has caused you. Have a great day.

Thank you for reaching out. I was able to find a couple of accounts for you. It looks like the order from 10/10/2024 was the first order you placed with us using this billing address. The shipping address was different as well. The order was held for verification due to fraud happening more and more often. They tend to have similar patterns to you order; being the first order on the account and shipping to an address in another state. I do understand the frustration of being asked to verify an order that you placed, but it is done with the safety of our customers in mind. I do apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this situation has caused you.
