BudgetvetcareReviews of budgetvetcare.com

LOVE THEM!! I have been using budget vet care.com for around two years now. I’ve never had problems with ordering and shipping is quite rapid. I once had to change some things in my order, and all I had to do was call customer service and they fixed it without issue. I currently started my 50 pound dog on Simparica Trio. I literally got a 12 month supply of that for a grand total of $66.69 (because of their promotional discount, that I did it on auto ship, and the fact that I still had credits from prior orders.) If you ordered that anywhere else, it would be well over $400–& that’s without shipping!! This is the only place I will order pet supplies! By the way, I let everyone I know who owns pets about this website THANK YOU!!💖

I started ordering Nexgard and Heartgard from BudgetVetCare 4 years ago for 2-60+lb dogs, one of which had heartworms. We live in the south and my dogs NEVER have fleas or ticks and my heartworm+ dog tested negative after taking this Heartgard for 12 months. We now have another large dog and they all take Simparica Trio, which would be unaffordable without BudgetVetcare! We also have an indoor/outdoor cat that we order Revolution for. I agree that shipping can take time, but considering it's shipped overseas, I understand! I've had to cancel orders and have never had a problem getting a refund. Budget VetCare has been a lifesaver! 100% recommend!

Twice I ordered a medication for my dog. Twice it was canceled without an explanation. The first time, I was told via the online chat that the order was canceled because I never responded to an inquiry for more information (which I never received). The second time, I was told via a phone call to them that the order was canceled because the item was out of stock. BOTH TIMES, when I (calmly) asked a follow-up question, the agent hung up on me. And I still don't have the medicine for my dog.

Two weeks after ordering they email me to say one of the items isn't available! Then the other items will take weeks later. The Sierra place much better.

Been doing business with me for 10 years, fast shipping, quality products at reduces prices,5 star company

Cost, on time mail service and had exactly what I wanted.

I ordered 4Cyte from this site unaware that the product was shipping from Singapore. When I called to ask when I could expect delivery I was told 7 - 14 days. It arrived 17 days later. Had I known this I would not have ordered from this site. The product arrived, just later than I expected.

Awesome I found a place to get flea treatment for my dogs without a vet visit. So much cheaper and convenient. For the one that think it could be a scam. I felt the same but almost 2 weeks later it is here and same thing I would get from the vet!
