I just received my bathbomb and my extra ring and they both were the same identical rings i was not very happy with the outcome

I loved my first two orders but i cannot seem to find out where my 3rd order is or has gone to. It was taken out of my checking account but i have not heard anything

Their products are wonderful! Vibrant colors, vast variety of scents, fun themed designs and shapes, and reasonably priced. Their customer service is excellent and helpful. I highly recommend their bath bombs! Love having them shipped to me on a monthly basis.

I have been purchasing Bubbly Belle bath bombs with the surprise rings for the last couple of Christmas' and birthdays.. they are always a big hit and all my friends and family enjoy them so much. Worst company out there charge twice on my credit card 1 for 33.91 and second for 23.91 false advertisement u ever heard of that

My husband bought me 3 bath bombs for Valentine's Day. I was really excited because, I have used Fragrant Jewels before and I like the candles but not the wait. i LOVE soaking and knowing that the ring is going pop out before im out of the bath adn i didnt have to even go shopping. My son even gets excited and I let him use one of my bombs. We were however VERY disappointed when the very extremely beautiful ring that popped out was NOT even close to my ring size. It is a HUGE disappointment that my husband paid for something that is packaged as my sized ring and i cant even use it. There is no number that I have found to call and make a customer complaint and there is no email to address the issue that I have been able to find. It seems highly unfair that my husband is paying upwards of $15-20 for a bomb with a ring that ALSO BTW will tarnish and fade over about a month if you wear it daily, when they can not even get their packaging right and send you the right ring size. Cute 10. Quality 0. Customer Service 0. worth the money 0.
