So I order back on sep 9th, being patient because of covid caused shipping delays I didn't contact anyone until October 11th!!! An entire month went by with no update on shipping, no updated that the ring size i wanted out currently out, no nothing. I then received a response from support that a. My ring size was out and being reordered and that I can choose a different size. These where gifts, gifts my sister had been begging for for over a year. Fifts that didn't arrive on her birthday or beforehand and now gifts that won't fit. I placed a 175 order! I received no compensation for my patience, no compensation for the unbearable size, no compensation for my order STILL not being here. Nothing i know I will never be spending my money at this business again. Save yourself the trouble

10 STARS!!! I can not tell you in words how amazing Bubbly Belle is! Amazing quality ingredients, awesome scents and perfect for our whole family (all ages). The customer service is top notch, thoughtful, helpful and prompt replies. I worked with Dave and DIna and they were both so amazing! What a wonderful, caring team! I love Bubbly Belle . Always very satisfied with my bath bombs and they smell sooo good. And when they come out with there bath bombs for all the different things like Halloween and etc sooo cute. Thankyou for such a wonderful product

They are meh, I waited 7 weeks for my 2 bath bombs and free ring got 3 $15 rings which was fine, then got told I won a premium ring, but had to purchase another bath bomb to receive my premium ring i wasn't paying for postage just for 1 bomb so i got 2 they came alot quicker 3 weeks ish my premium ring $15 my two new bath bombs i received the same ring what are the chances of that both value of $15 so I wont be buying any more from you as my sleep bathbombs did not smell and the massage ones stained my bathtub orange!
