Went shopping at my location for a birthday gift, they didn't have in stock what I was looking for but another location did. The store manager Teresa made the store transfer and I had it in my hands the next day. Great!

King pillow medium downy fill is too soft ... do not agree that it is "medium" Ordered king size summer down comforter but you did not have a down cover that was the same size!

I am a seasonal desert visitor and frequent Between the Sheets frequently over my 6 month stay. I find their merchandise to be outstanding and all of their sales help also very knowledgeable and helpful. It is one of my very very favorite stops on El Paseo.

Customer service is great. If they don’t have what you want, they will get it: have been shopping at Betwern The Sheets since they were located in Corona Del Mar and have never been disappointed.

I love Between the Sheets and have purchased from them for many many years now. They offer gorgeous rare items and beautiful linens. I recently purchased a duvet and they were supposed to have the standard shams transferred from another store and it is 2 weeks later and no call. I ordered the shams from Neiman Marcus and have them so big deal but it would of been great if they would of followed up. Other than that no problems.

Spent over $2000 for quilt & pillows. I was replacing pillows I bought several years ago that I loved. Do not like the pillows-too firm. Cannot return them. They are not the same pillow as before. Should have been disclosed.
