The best sheets I ever bought in my life! I bought the first and second set which lastest 15 years. No color fading, soft as a cloud. I suspect my next purchase which was about a year ago will take me at least as long. The sales are fabulous - so wait for a sale.

My favorite place to shop for linen. Their linen are so durable and beautiful. They have so many choices of not just linen but bath accessories as well. Thanks to Tina who assisted me with my project this summer. She made it so easy for me to have a stress free experience.

The sales people go all out to make sure you get exactly what you want. Sure, it’s a luxury but we spend a third of our lives sleeping and they’re not much more costly than Macy’s.

I shop in Del Mar, and Trudy is great. She is always a huge help, always friendly and sweet and willing to find something for you if she doesn't have it in stock - but that's rare, because the inventory is great!

For the most part the staff in the stores are not very nice to work with. There are a few good ones (mostly men), but overall the staff and managers are persnickety and think they are better than you. You are not treated well. Just not usually a fun experience. Return policy is beyond ridiculous. If you can't bring something home to try at high end prices, then it generally isn't worth trying it. I have 3 or 4 items that are brand new I would have loved to returned a year ago. They are in the closet and cost well over $500. Products are the best, most excellent quality, but shopping experience is far from excellent.
