Blank Hat? Really?
I ordered my hat on 8/14/26 from the "Team Shop", it was shipped on 9/4/26 and arrived on 9/15/26. The hat was blank and did not have the UIS Volleyball logo on it, are you kidding me? I reached out to customer service and while they were very responsive and even put a "rush" order on it with no guarantees, I didn't receive the logo hat until 10/12/26. There is only 3 weeks left in the season and I was not able to wear my hat during the family weekend we visited because of their delay. Very disappointed.

Hi, We’re very sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience caused. Receiving a blank hat and then having to wait for the replacement is not the experience we want for our customers, especially when it affected your ability to wear it during Family Weekend and most of the season. We appreciate you giving our team the opportunity to correct the issue, but we understand the replacement did not arrive soon enough. If there is anything else we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Their review policy is abysmal
Their review policy is abysmal. I ordered 2 XXL shirts. The 2 shirts varied greatly in size. One was huge on me and the other was so small. If you pay to return the product to them, you only get 50% of your money back. Not to mention the material used to make the shirts is see through and so cheap looking. I would stay far away from this company!

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the fit and material of your shirts. After reviewing your conversation with our representative, we found that one shirt was ordered in a men’s XXL and the other in a women’s XXL. Because men’s and women’s apparel use different sizing and fit standards, the garments can vary significantly in measurements. We understand this can be frustrating and appreciate your feedback regarding the material and return experience.

PAY ATTENTION TO TURN-AROUND TIME!!!!!
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience ordering through BSN Sports Apparel. I placed an order on August 14th using a link provided by my son’s school for the athletic shorts and shirt the boys are supposed to wear for football practices. After still not receiving my order a month later, I contacted customer service today and was told that it is not even scheduled to ship until October 1st. At that rate, I’ll likely receive it sometime in mid-October, roughly two months after I placed the order. By then, my son will only have two football games left in the season. So essentially, I spent $45 on required athletic clothing that he won’t even need by the time it actually arrives. I understand that customized or school apparel can take additional time, but had it been made VERY clear that “production” would take 4–6 weeks AFTER the school store closes, I absolutely would not have made the purchase. When parents are ordering clothing specifically intended for a current school sports season, a turnaround time this long makes the purchase nearly pointless. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I am so confused on why schools continue to use a company whose production and shipping time are abysmal.

We’re very sorry for the frustration and disappointment this delay has caused. We understand how upsetting it is to order required practice apparel for the season and learn it may arrive too late to be useful. Team shop items are made to order and move into production after the shop closes. We also advise coaches and coordinators to open team shops well before the season begins to allow adequate time for ordering, production, and delivery. However, we understand the timeline was not clear enough when you placed your order. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the name of the school/team so we can review the order and see how we can help.

i have ordered 2 shirts 2 months ago…
i have ordered 2 shirts 2 months ago and the only response i have gotten is my order confirmation . At this point i believe this is a scam . Website has only has it has shipped but has no ship date or tracking number . I was depending on having my order by the first game but now the season has started and i have no apparel when going to support my daughter's College Band . If asked by someone i would urge them to find another way to get their merchandise .

Lie about shipping dates!
Was told my items would ship by September 2nd. Still have not left the facility yet. Don’t trust this incompetent company. It’s one thing to ship a day or two late, but we are talking weeks!

This is the 2nd year using this company…
This is the 2nd year using this company and in an age where things move so quickly and literally drones are making deliveries. This company can’t figure out how to produce team logo t shirts, hats and hoodies in reasonable time frame. I’m still waiting 5 weeks now and the keep saying it hasn’t yet to be produced. They are doing all of this from Texas. They are terrible.

I have ordered from BSN for multiple…
I have ordered from BSN for multiple years. This year we purchased 5 apparel items with our school logo. The material was poorly made. The screen print lettering was so thick that it would peel off after one wash. And the royal blue was purplish blue. I will say customer services was extremely helpful. Yes I was issued a full refund but the responsiveness was extremely quick and professional.

Response from BSN SPORTS· Sep 11, 2026
Thank you for your continued support over the years, and we’re truly sorry that this year’s apparel did not meet the quality you expected. The material, print durability, and color should have met a much higher standard. We appreciate your kind words about our Customer Care team and are glad they were able to respond quickly and provide a full refund. Your feedback is important and will be shared with the appropriate team to help us improve.
