Ive been ordering from brumate since July and as of them I'm obsessed! I did have an issue with missing product back in Oct, but after I contacted customer support it was rectified quickly. I look forward to keep ordering from this company I love their products!

I love my Brumates! I have purchased them for myself and gifts for family and friends! I just ordered the 5th with the straw lid today. I highly recommend their products. Their customer service is great, respectful and very responsive. Dylan stays in touch with his customers and listens to our wants and makes them happen.
