Excellent service & even better products! We got our Bru Mates in a very reasonable time frame to Australia 🇦🇺 in the middle of the pandemic. We not only have our own collection of different styles and colours but love sharing these products with family & friends who now love them too!

I love my Brumates & I’ve had excellent experiences w/the company & no shipping issues. So far I have champagne flutes, margatinis, pint, highball, shaker & a hopsulator . . all different colors. They have lived up to my expectations by keeping my drinks cold, no sweat & just so damn cool! My first order was between Thanksgiving & Christmas so I expected delivery to be a little slower but received it before Christmas so I was thrilled! I have since placed another order & received it in a timely manner. I call it a collection but it’s bordering on addiction cuz I’ve already started another order. Love them!

Besides their amazing products, their customer service is second to none! I’m 50 years old and have never had as good of an experience with customer service in my life as I have had with Brumate. Not to mention their CEO is in constant contact with his client base and straight forward, honest and truly cares. That’s not something you see too often these days. They have a customer for life! These products are the best on the market! You can get a cup to fit just about every type of beverage you drink! The insulation is the best to keep your drink hot or cold! Not to mention the crazy number of color choices! I highly recommend this product!
