This company has been nothing but outstanding with their communication in holiday delays. They sent out numerous messages letting buyers know that items were delayed, they would resend full orders, and that gift cards would be issued for those that purchased during a certain timeframe. They dealt with multiple shipping companies that were very backed up and handled it magnificently. The product is marvelous! I would recommend this company a million times over.

Brumate makes excellent products. I can make an iced coffee at 8 AM and it’s still cold by 2 PM. At dinner if I pour a beer it is so cold several hours later . They offer such a wide variety of cups and colors to choose from. Plus they have accessories like straws etc., It is seriously the best cup I’ve owned. Dylan , The owner is excellent at communication and always makes things right. He also is philanthropic which is also important.

Obsessed with my brumates! Evything has been smooth sailing for me! Living in Arizona it’s hard to keep drinks cold outside! The back tap was an awesome addition to our pool socially distanced gatherings we used as a cooler! Love love love!
