I had never had an issue with this survey company and my reward link was always available maybe 2 or 3 days later, but I redeemed 2 weeks ago and it's not there. I contacted them by email twice and both times no response. It said in 48 hours they'd get back to me. So sad...

I do the video surveys. I was apprehensive at first, but I am getting good at it. The thing is, they do not reward in a timely manner. Now that I know how survey sites work, everything should be automatic. it never should take weeks to reward participants.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we’re really glad the video surveys have grown on you. You’re absolutely correct that rewards shouldn’t take weeks to arrive, and we’re sorry for the wait. We're actively working on our internally processes so we should be much closer to being automatic very soon! Video responses currently go through a quality review before rewards are released, and that step has sometimes taken longer than it should. If you have rewards still outstanding, please contact our support team and we’ll look into them for you straight away. Thanks again for your patience and your participation. The Brox Panel Team
