Brown Paper TicketsReviews of brownpapertickets.com

Brown Paper TIckets is the most dishonest, unethical ticketing company I have ever encountered. We trusted this service for event ticket registration, yet months after the event ended, not a single payment has been released. There have been zero updates, and after repeated attempts to reach out, no response came, leaving no choice but to escalate the matter to the authorities.

We used Brown Paper Tickets for ticket registration for our event, but not a single dollar has been paid out. A hefty fee is already taken for the service, and keeping all the money from ticket sales is outrageous. Withholding earned funds makes this operation feel dishonest and completely untrustworthy.

Never transact with Brown Paper Tickets. Don't make the same mistake that I and many others did, which is dealing with this terrible company. Brown Paper Tickets is untrustworthy. The management always makes excuses to delay the services that you're owed. The service here is horrible, and the customer service representatives aren't helpful at all. Avoid this company.

This experience felt like outright deception. Tickets for a comic convention were purchased and paid for in full back in 2018, yet nothing was ever delivered. Not a ticket, not an update, not even a basic explanation. Reaching out for help led nowhere. Customer support showed no urgency, no accountability, and no respect. Messages were ignored and requests for a refund were brushed aside as if the money did not matter. Years later, the payment is still gone with nothing to show for it. This was not just disappointing, it was infuriating and completely unacceptable.

It's been months, actually almost a year already and still we haven't gotten paid! All of their phone numbers were already out of service, nobody replies to our emails, and we've tried every other way to contact any of them, their staff and management, but still no reply! It's been very stressful and terribly disappointing doing business with them!!

The offers sound generous and packed with freebies that seem too good to pass up. That excitement fades fast once reality sets in. Promises quickly turn into excuses, and suddenly those so-called free features are locked behind conditions and fine print. What looks like a great deal ends up costing more than expected, making the word free feel misleading at best. Before doing any business with Brown Paper Tickets, take a hard look at what actually costs money and what is only advertised as free. The business practices feel deceptive and leave customers frustrated and misled. Complaints and negative stories keep surfacing, and after experiencing it firsthand, the warnings make sense. Learn from this experience and protect yourself before getting involved.

Brown Paper Tickets is honestly one of the most inefficient and awful companies I’ve dealt with. The people are inefficient when it comes to the needs of their customers. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service representatives already, but none of them were able to provide a satisfying solution. Some of them were even rude and sounded annoyed! I don’t recommend this company because you’ll just experience headaches and stress.

These people are terribly fake. They sell tickets but don't give you any money. If you try to contact these horrible people for support, you'll just get a recorded message. It was awful to be scammed. Beware and avoid IF YOU CAN!
