The only reason why I give my experience three stars is because the delivery was great but the products for the knee support was not what was advertised, The knee supports rolls down and refuse to stay put in the place. very disappointing

The product is very good, and exactly as promised. My concern is that there was no follow up after the order was placed to let me track it or know when it was going to arrive. This should be standard practice, as it is with most other online services.

No communication regarding shipping of item. I ordered a medium, as that's the size I have. The new one is double thick, so it's extremely tight. Because it's so tight, it doesn't work correctly. Nothing indicated that it was double thick, I thought it'd be the same material and thickness as my current one. Overall, very unhappy with the product. However, I do really like the one I currently have and use.

Order shipped quickly. RA Gloves were a bit small. They were large size. I have small hands. all fingers were particularly tight at the open end. This was due to the end stitching. Caused my fingers to got numb after a few minutes. Snipped end seam a little to relive tightness and no more numbness. On the other hand RA sox with toes was a bit too large - not enough compression.

The service was fast, but I don’t like my purchase. The wedge pillow was way too hard for my 85 year old mom. I’ll probably give it to the Salvation Army.

Update: Customer Service called and are sending a replacement pair. Original Post: The gloves each had holes. I contacted the company multiple times requesting a replacement pair, always having to leave a voice mail message and never receiving a return call. I also addressed the issue using their online Contact Us form, but again have received no reply. At this point I want my money back.

The gloves after a few weeks of wearing them already has the seam coming off.

Had the glove less than a week before a hole formed and one of the supports came out. Til then worked fine.
