Broker Dynamics IncReviews of brokerdynamics.co

Rich has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I began my journey in sales he has been encouraging, motivational, and incredible. It has opened a new skill set that I can leverage to continue to build wealth and confidence. If you want to be consistently challenged to level up in every area of your life, and you’re not okay with mediocrity, Rich is your mentor.

I always believe that to grow in a particular area or career field, you need the right people who are experienced, knowledgeable, sharp, and passionate about what they’re capable to deliver if you lean in. Sales weren’t my strong suit and it was certainly an area I lacked confidence and skills. Having Rich Diaz not just as my manager at the time, but as my sales coach/ motivator/ mentor, has taught me how to have mental toughness, be in control of every call, believe in and be passionate about the product and my ability to sell it. To this day, I am still implementing what was taught by Rich and making the money I desire. Thank you Rich for your leadership. Hope to work with you again in the future. Widny

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They have helped my Business gain insight on flaws in management I never knew existed, which not only resulted in increased sales it also helped boost morale among employees. Thanks to Rich and his team we are projected to do 50% more revenue compared to last year. My only wish is that I retained there services years ago. If you want a team committed to excellence and increasing productivity then your business needs Broker Dynamics!

I've got quite a bit to say about Mr. Rich Diaz but I am going to try to make this as short as possible. When I first got into becoming a broker I had NO idea what I was doing, this was my first time learning about sales but with the coaching of the leaders I had on my team I became one of the top 3 brokers in the office of about 30-40 other brokers. Mr. Diaz was one of the best coaches I've ever had & I didn't look at him as a manager because the way he spoke to all of us was way beyond that. He was more of a mentor when it came down to it. He knows how to speak to you and makes sure it resonates with you as well. He is a broker warrior! He knows exactly what to say and help out with in the areas you're having trouble with & helps you get a better understanding with what ever may be holding you back. He always has a solution to a problem. If you really want to become the best broker you can possibly be I would highly recommend you to listen and follow what this man has to say. Like I said he and the help of others molded me into a broker warrior! If I had a lead on the phone that seemed semi interested it would be a closed deal thanks to the training and all the practice Mr. Diaz has helped me with. 10/10 would highly recommend Mr. Diaz!

Rich is one talented leader. He understands systems and their implementations, knows how to motivate a sales force and deliver results. He is reliable, trustworthy, and can really adapt quickly to all situations that arise. I highly recommend .

Where do i even begin? Rich has helped me reach something inside of me that i never knew was possible. I have honestly never had someone care and value someone elses goals and help them achieve it one step at a time! Rich has been so patient and has taken the time to make sure i reach my weekly goals. I started with Rich on January 1st with not a single knowledge of the phone sales.. i was not hitting a single sale for 2 months.. but Rich never gave up, kept pushing me towards success, and made me realize that failure was not an option. I pushed, and now i am an expert at what i do. every week and i am hitting my weekly goals! I cant thank Rich enough.. He was right... TRUST THE PROCESS!

Consistency, Perception and the mindset to believe that anything can be done if you are willing to put in the work . These are a few things I’ve learned from the training . Simply put you can go from a 5 to a 10 with this program . Rich is the truth!
