Hey Nora, We sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of communication on such an important day. At the moment, it appears our dispatch team was not properly informed about the situation, and we are currently reviewing this internally with our operations team to understand what happened and prevent this from happening again. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a $100 credit toward a future booking. Again, we truly apologize for the experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that your driver was friendly and efficient and that the trip itself went smoothly. We do want to clarify that the preview photos shared are for reference purposes only, as vehicle assignments are finalized based on day-of availability and operations. That said, all of our vans are maintained to similar standards and include the standard amenities expected for the service booked. We truly appreciate your understanding and, as a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you a $200 coupon toward your next booking. We have emailed the coupon code to you directly and would be happy to assist you again in the future.
