Simplicity and speed in the purchasing process

Nothing to tell really. It was very easy to understand and buy tickets. I love it

My daughter used the website to purchase the tickets for us and said she had no problems. I just wish the fees to buy online were not so extreme. Doing things online is saving trees and stamps from all the mailings, so it would seem that it should be cheaper to buy online.

Very easy process. Recommend sending electronic tickets instead of having to print them out. Thanks
