I was excited to get this product as many youtubers said it was by far the best out there. Certainly in terms of tech with a screen that lights up telling you how much battery you have left is impressive. In terms of actual cutting though, I have still have to shave the neckline and cheeks because this product just doesn't cut close enough. I don't want to constantly look like the last time I trimmed my neckline and high cheek areas was two days ago, it is obvious. All the other tech is great but I am very disappointed in what a trimmer is actually supposed to do....trim.

I really really dislike this product. If you remove all clips it’s not enough to take out small hair. And if you add the clips it’s too much. I’m not even going to bother returning it since it’s the price is very cheap.

Outstanding product!

At first, I didn’t receive confirmation from my order. So I waited a day to see if the email would pop up, and nothing. Called and they were closed as it was a Saturday. Monday morning I receive a call from Felicia who was a very nice customer service expert! She handles everything with so much precision it’s not even funny! Turns out, my order was all good, I had just misspelled my email address and it was attempted to be delivered the day before (a Sunday). The product? I don’t even have to say, just look at the other comments. It’s almost like buyin a new iPhone! Would give both the product and the service a 10 star rating if I could!
