At first they did not admit fault, but later they fully admitted fault and the goods arrived safely this morning! The product is as good to the touch and quality as the reputation suggests, and I'm sure I'll be enjoying it a lot from now on! Thank you very much!

Although I had never heard of this firm before, I'm rather happy with what I received and the support. I could see right away from the photos that the dolls appeared to be of high-quality, and I was able to confirm this after I got the package. Of course, don't expect it to be exactly the same, but the feel and look are incredibly close to the actual thing. Although it's true that some customers have said that the dolls are cool to the touch, I wasn't affected by this myself, but it's something to keep in mind. on the company, each time there was an update on my order, they stayed in contact and gave me emails.
