Our tutor Joanna was very professional and knowledgeable. She made sure to be thorough and engaging in her sessions. We are all very happy with Brilliant Grades and will be continuing to use their support.

I was able to sign up my son for 1-on-1 sessions with Timothy, a very experiences math tutor. My daughter signed up for the study buddy plan. She progressed as well and made a couple of friends on the way too. We are very happy with both programs.

We've appreciated all interactions with Brilliant Grades. From choosing our tutors, to joining the sessions and rescheduling - everyone has been very professional and accommodating. Our tutors have all been great. We stopped for the summer and just restarted with the same 2 tutors.

Beware... they lie during their interview process. At first they tell you (in the ad and in the online videos they make you watch) that they will guarantee 15 hours a week minimum for you. When I interviewed with the next lady who wanted to explain salary structure and additional details to me, not only was she quite rude and unfriendly, but she told me this was NOT THE CASE. They can't guarantee anything. Do not waste your time with these people, they are liars. EDIT BASED ON REPLY: Your reply IS A WEAK AND PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR WHAT HAPPENED (not to mention the true nature of your business) AND DOES NOT EXCUSE THE INTERVIEWER'S POOR BEHAVIOR.

Hello Eric, we're sorry to see that you weren't satisfied with our interviewing process. It can indeed be a very rigorous process. I'm sure you can understand that we offer positions to a very small percentage of our applicants. We only work with professional, experienced instructors. Once an applicant is successful however, we do offer up to 25 students per week. The number of students is not guaranteed but increases as a function of the tutor's track record (instructional effectiveness, engagement, rigor & timeliness, etc). We love to work with committed tutors that spend most of their professional work on teaching or instructional design.
I want to thank Jenna for all her support. She helped my daughter reach her true potential. But a big thanks to Claudia's team too, who showed us patience and flexibility with all the changes we requested. I highly recommend Brilliant Grades if you're looking for a trusted tutoring service.

We joined Brilliant Grades for my daughter in February. They helped her not only catch up but move ahead. This year she started the year ahead of her class and she is showing confidence everyday when leaving for school.

Excellent tutors. Switched my son twice over 16 months that we are with them. But in both cases the tutors were truly great; very knowledgeable, serious and professional.

My son was having problems in English. Its been 2 months and I have noticed he's more confident in his class, participating more and it has even opened his confidence in other classes. His tutor is awesome!!! I wish they could open an online school not just tutor lol LOVE THEM!! About to sign up my next child!!!
