I've used bright tax for years and would highly recommend them. They helped me get current on my taxes when I was uncertain how to proceed as an expat and answered every question promptly along the way. They have gone above and beyond to answer any questions I have, even out of tax seasons. Overall, if you are an expat looking for a tax professional they are the way to go.

Responsive, quick service. I have been using BrightTax for several years and have been satisfied with the level of service. I do wish that the tax consultants were not changing as much as they have - continuity with knowing my history and knowledge would be great. Otherwise all good.

I needed information. I like to be allowed to ask questions and have them answered without a sales pitch or agenda which allows me to process the information in the way that makes sense to me. I provided background prior to the meeting and it every bit of it had been digested and all issues that I raised were thoughtfully addressed. In 25 minutes I gained all of the insight I had been hoping for and more.

I searched online for a CPA specialized in expat taxes but all I found were websites that do not show their CPAs on the website so they were referral websites; this does not give me much confidence. Bright Tax has their CPAs on their website so they looked "real". They display their session pricing on their website, and I was able to book a session easily on calendar. And the bonus is, I was able to book a time in European hours, where I am! I had a question and asked on the chat on the website, and got an answer from a client manager right away, and we all know that this is quite unusual, right:) I had the session with Melissa; she sounded very clear, knowledgeable, and both professional and personable at the same time. My experience in my initial interactions have been truly excellent
