The team is incredibly knowledgable and incredibly responsive. I've been a customer for years and have always had the best service. Absolutely recommend. Also, the process is very simple - I appreciate that I can complete all my documents online, and there isn't any legacy mailing or faxing needed. Small but really important quality of life detail!

Very efficient with returns, always happy to answer any questions via email or to schedule a call. The first video call when I was having to do my 'catch up' filing really put me at ease and made me realise that it wasn't as overwhelming as I thought it would be. Will definitely keep using Bright!Tax again.

It was smooth, and the clients web page is very helpful. However, the amended 2020 tax, needs clarification on whether the documentation should be sent to the address that sent me the letter. When I call is always busy and I wonder if there is a better route to reach out to the IRS. Therefore I am unsure how to proceed. Thank you all for your support!
