Continue harrasment as well as thretning to call reference and relatives
My experience with Bright Loan has been extremely disappointing. Even if your payment is delayed by only a few hours on the due date, the collection agents start making repeated calls and use threatening and intimidating language. They repeatedly say, "Make the payment immediately, otherwise we will start calling your references, relatives, and contacts. You have only 5 pm beofore to pay." Such behavior is highly unprofessional and causes unnecessary mental stress. The collection agents are rude, disrespectful, and speak to customers in an intimidating manner instead of following fair and ethical recovery practices. Borrowers should be treated with dignity and respect, not harassed over a short payment delay. Another serious issue is that even after the loan is fully repaid, Bright Loan does not promptly issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Loan Closure Letter. Customers are forced to make repeated follow-ups to obtain proof that their loan has been closed, which is unacceptable. I request Bright Loan to improve its customer service, ensure that its collection agents follow ethical recovery practices, and issue the NOC/Loan Closure Letter immediately after full repayment. Based on my experience, I advise borrowers to carefully consider these issues before taking a loan through this app.
