Spectrum is a Joke.I am not going to waste my time calling these corporate greed.I had the cable to $98 ,use my own modem 1000 + mbps to save my mother $$ ,.She does Auto pay what a rip they jacked it up to $150 with no nofocaction or letter.They never send a bill.I check My mom's bank account to make sure they're not ripping her even more.Hey luegi need help.thumbs down

Disgusting sham of a website. You go through all the hassle of setting up a profile, only to be limited to 15 swipes, the matches are BOTS and YOU CANNOT MASSAGE ANYONE WHO MATCHES which is kind of the entire point of a dating app without paying £25 a month!!! The owners should be embarrassed with themselves, this is late game capitalism at its peak and the unraveling of the fabric of society. I genuinely hope the creators get incurable painfull lifelong medical conditions.

IF I could give them "0" I would . Before have a business with them READ REVIEWS. WE had a service with them more than 15 years (monthly bill was $270 - TV, Internet, home phone). We sold house and disconnected service , they send us a bill for following month that we didn't have house anymore. I called customer service, manager and etc. nobody give you a decent solution saying that they change term in 2019 not prorate bill and that's it. But we sign in their service in 2009, nobody informed us about this changes.No loyalty program for long term customers, nothing . NEVER AGAIN SPECTRUM/ Brighthouse.

PROBLEMS EVERY SINGLE DAY. This is still very much Brighthouse(they changed their name but have not improved at all). It seems like a simple thing to pay for a service and get that service but with this company you are only paying for frustration. I am constantly having to use my phone's wifi hotspot because "spectrum" is a garbage company full of stupid people that have no idea what they are doing.

Terrible company, they do not care about anything. Always raising the bill. They deserve 0 stars, 1 is being generous.

I just moved and had my services disconnected on the 29th of December. Because my billing cycle started on the 26th of December, I was charged a whole month's bill. They do not pro rate your service if you disconnect in your billing cycle. Please beware of this. The internet service was very hit and miss at the evening time for my service. Watching a movie and all of the sudden, no internet. And then it would come back up, to go out again shortly after that. Will not use them again.

Customer Service Very poor, I call to negotiate service and a debt of simple $ 210, it is not negotiable to pay in installments and recover service, but if you come from another company in competition like AT&T they cover the penalty for breaking a contract !!!! Whoever invented this is a real mediocre and donkey, first conserves and looks for solutions to existing clients that for other reasons confront problems, than be aware of stealing clients from the competition, as the corporation spends thousands of dollars in promotion and keeps donkeys to the customer service that only cares about your commission

Unethical people!!! They offered a free trial for 7 days but now that i want to cancel it , i have called 3 times and every time had to wait on line for an hour and nobody pick up the lines! I tried pretending that i want to add to my service then I was allowed to leave my number so someone can call me back , after 45 minutes someone called me back and he said he is not in charge of cancelling or changing anything and he put me on line again for another hours and nobody responded!
