The dress is very pretty
The dress is very pretty. I don’t think the bustle option was actually a bustle. And the skirt that adds volume is just like hoop skirt that comes separately. The support staff was unbelievably kind, responsive and helpful with all questions that I had showing me different dye options for different color dresses. There will be little tweaks to the dress that a seamstress will have to make but it’s worth not spending thousands of dollars for 5 to 6 hours. I was super disappointed to see that the support staff in England but dress was made in China.

Hi Jillian, Thank you for your kind words about the dress and our support team! We truly appreciate your feedback on the bustle and skirt design—we’ll review these details to improve future designs. While our production team is global (to ensure quality and accessibility), we’re proud that our UK-based staff provided the care you deserved. If any adjustments are needed, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help! Sincerely, Bridelulu Team
