Product was inferior to other products and customer service has no phone number. Auto-subscription service is their practice which should be voluntary.

While the projects are amazing, the customer service and subscription system could be improved.

Did not sign up for a subscription. Shipped the same products that I just bought 30 days ago. Like the products just do not like how Brickell does business. Customer service is no help.

Really love the quality of these products. In the research I did prior to purchase, Brickell uses very high quality, natural, and when possible, organic ingredients. I have seen positive results from the face products and the hair clay works very well creating a natural looking hold. I would recommend any of these products to the guys out there looking to improve their skin care routine.
