Great platform to manage virtual cards and payments

Brex is great but their application process and customer service response time need work. We use Brex for multiple companies and it's an amazing platform. I just wish they could work a few of the issues out!

Brex has been the best experience I've had yet with a business credit card. Specific features that I have found helpful are: 1) instant access to a virtual card while waiting for my physical card, and the virtual card does not stop working when the physical card arrives. 2) Emailing receipts to Brex for automatic cataloging without needing to log in every time. 3) Login does not time out, or if it does, it is a very long time. I've noticed it stays logged in for hours. This is helpful for me, as I commonly need to go back to my account and needing to sign in every time can be a real hassle. So, I consider this an advantage, but others may find it a security risk. I mitigate this by using 2factor.

The fact that I have a no hassle account for my business was amazing and the rewards are big plus. This company has been nothing but awesome.
