Good service but UX could be improved. Same with points/reward system.

API for our bank (JP Morgan Private) hasn't been operational and has required additional administrative steps from our accounting department. OUtside of a few hiccups with that API-fail causing our credit balance to dip, we have been satisfied with the partnership and the payment terms

Brex is simple. It has amazing customer support and great rewards for a modern company.

Great App! Easy to use, easy to upload receipts, mobile app very helpful.

Account took forever to be approved and a week or two to be set up. And then two weeks later it was suddenly closed by Brex. They gave no reason and I no way to accessed my funds. I have called, email, and reached out on their chat for the last 5 DAYS with minimal respond. They cannot tell me why my account was closed and they will not give me access to my business funds.They have stop my business and the customer service make it very clear that they don’t care. All they can tell me is that “Some team has to get together to meet about it,” and they say that everyday. When I ask for and ETA I get sometimes 1 business day to two weeks?!?!? When I ask why my account was closed they respond that it is “proprietary information.” When I ask why I don’t have access to my funds they state that the “Team has to meet”. Getting Brex is my biggest regret wwhen starting my business. DON’T get Brex, they are no friend to the small business owner.

Brex is a great product for start-ups and online businesses. Easy and convenient to create an account. In addition, user experience and interface designs are clean.
