Worst service coupled with NO communication
I ordered yeast on Dec 28th, for 2nd day air delivery. I left a comment to notify me of the 'ship date' and ETA. I never received an answer to my comment AND I still don't have my yeast after waiting 9 going on 10 days. I'll think twice before I order from Brew PS again.....

Brew PS DROPS THE BALL!
I ordered a book on the 4th of the month and never received it. E-mailed on the 15th to see what the hold up was and on the 16th I received notice they were not going to fill my order due to lack of knowledge of their warehouse having the book in stock. They said they did not know this until I requested they look into the matter. Glad I did not wait two more weeks to find out what the hold up was! I would not recommend this company due to lack of concern for their customers!
