The woman I spoke to from sales went above and beyond to fix the problem I had earlier in the day. I was very upset when I finally spoke to her and was on the verge of calling the FCC. She spoke to her supervisor who found out the root of the problem and had a tech (Rylee) out in less than an hour.

Surprisingly good customer assistance, totally unexpected.

I was okay with the technician that came out today but got very frustrated with technicians on the phone I will say it's not all their fault, I'm just not good with all this technical stuff and I get nervous
