Great service, very pleased!

The technician was fine and he tried as much as possible to resolved the issues however the office that handles the landline is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so after changing the modem, the internet was backup and running, but no phone for the weekend.

Hours on the phone waiting for an answer and no help once you talk to someone if you are even able to get through. They tell you to go online when the reason you are calling is because you have no service REALLY

My parents, in their 80s, called and left callback # to an out of country worker Breezeline still gave no call back. It has now been over 12 hours. My dad had to get a new router but it cannot be hooked up with breezeline. Crap company

The installation technician was polite and listened to my requests. The technician was patient with me and answered all of my questions. After the install I was a little disappointed in the speed as it was very similar to what I had prior from another ISP even though it was supposed to be twice as fast.

They sent someone the same day to fix problem and the person who came fixed the problem and told us what needed to be done and he was very nice would recommend him to anyone
