Breezeline has been great to work with.

This company is very hard to communicate with they give you the runaround you're constantly on the phone I spent 58 minutes one day an hour and 20 the next they keep saying I get back to you within 48 hours they never do I've made several calls in regards to a original 1 GB internet service they jumped it from 20 to 60 said the guy forgot to tell me there was a installation fee I said I asked about it they said he never asked you I said no he never asked about it then they try to tell me it's going to go to $75 I would stay away from breeze line they bumped the bill before you even get the first one.

Even though my problem was on going for several days, when I called, I was able to get a solution in one day. Very Happy!

I have an overpayment of $421 that was supposed to be refunded to my card and its still hasn't been refunded yet
