Are staff well paid? They're great.
Quality, delicious food and coffees, great local products, wonderful bread when i can afford to buy fresh. Absolutely lovely EXCEPT the prices, which are very high. I hope it translates into good wages and benefits for staff? They always seem happy and well trained. If they're treated well, I'll happily take the wallet hit and extra enjoy my delicious chicken salad sandwich. If not, it's hard to justify.
