This is a early ranking, but so far they seem very easy to work with. I'm sure that I would be able to bump up the rating to a 5, but time will tell. So far, so good!👍👍👍👍

Blackwell has been very responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. Property management companies range from good to awful, in my experience, and they are one of the good ones.

Rent is fair, with only modest increases when time to renew leases. Always available, by phone, at least. Maintenance response time and consistency - if not urgent - leaves much to be desired.

Everyone has been very nice to me and my roommates. Light confrontation when it comes to parking but definitely not a big deal.
