Awful! ordered item Decemeber, told it would arrive before Christmas. The item still has not arrived and company refusing refund. Hadn't realised they were not UK company...STEER CLEAR....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Scammers. Item does not work yet they refuse to supply a returns address instead telling me to pass it on as a gift. Avoid at all costs

Do not buy one of there so called amazing warmoll heaters they are a complete waste of money and total rip off at over £50.00. Does not heat up as advertised took ages to arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Just ordered from these and they took more money out of my bank account than what it stated at checkout and I can not get any answers as to why they took the extra money !!! Steer clear it’s obviously a scam and I will be shocked if the items I ordered ever turn up. Lesson learnt.

It’s christmas eve today and i still haven’t got it and they are refusing to send me any details of where it’s coming from and when it’s arriving. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Ordered 2 body shaping underwear from these awful people. Took ages to arrive and when they did the product was useless and did nothing. I asked for a refund but they said they sent the correct size so won’t refund or accept return/exchange. They offered me £4 compensation for £28 purchase. Stay clear of these crooks!!!!

Do not buy ordered set of 3 body suits waited weeks for delivery. Received them to discover they are 3 completely different sizes. Got onto customer service who said order was correct even though I showed them pictures proving they were in fact completely different sizes. Their solution give them to someone else!!! No offer to return replace or refund! Sham site avoid
