The walking stick was top quality, packed well with minimal plastic and arrived promptly. The leather strap was a bit small for my husband, so I gave him my old stick and assumed ownership of the new one.

You show a good looking stick on your website but when I received it I was shocked. The stick is so skinny that it feels if you put any weight on it it would snap in to. I'm very disappointed in your product and the way your company has handled. My complaint. I'll will blast your company on Facebook until you help me.

I am going on a trip to Egypt and I need something that can travel well in luggage. The Oak Travelers walking stick seems to be the right fit as it comes in three parts which can be secured by brass fittings. I also purchased the carrying case which is a beauty.

As a professional woodworker I felt the stick was over priced. And the high gloss finished made it look cheap. Should be a minimum satin or less for a hiking stick. Just my preference but just sayin'. Also, the amount of the extra charge for the compass on top of the stick was just silly. Took really long to receive it after ordering. Lastly...but it does work well as a hiking stick.

I ordered new ferrules for my walking stick and liked them, but they were the wrong size. Brazos Walking Sticks' website says it allows returns only with advanced permission, so I sent them an e-mail asking to be allowed to return the ferrules in exchange for smaller ones. I have e-mailed twice now. No answer either time. I'm very disappointed! I won't be ordering from this company again.
