I felt the quality, the creative tiling and customer service was excellent. I had one error in ordering and they quickly Deleted my duplicate order.

The process to order was fairly simple. Quick and easy. Now I'm just waiting for the product. Can't seem to get anywhere on that. It's now over 2 weeks. Can't seem to track the shipping and no response in the CHAT.

Very responsive and on time.

Still Not Happy Updating my experience regarding Bravotti Tile from September 29, 2020 - Bravotti Tile admitted the wrong tile was sent via email on October 7, 2020. After NUMEROUS requests for a return slip and refund, I am still stuck with a box of tile and a bill of $239.14. I hope I spare one person the unprofessional experience I've had with this company.
