We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how serious it is when business operations are disrupted during a software transition. Having your pawn shop unable to operate is incredibly frustrating, and we recognize the impact that downtime and delayed communication can have on both your team and your customers. Software conversions and data migrations are complex processes, especially for active pawn operations managing loans, inventory, customer records, and compliance requirements. While our goal is always to make transitions as smooth as possible, it’s clear your experience did not meet the level of service and responsiveness we strive to provide. We also understand your concerns regarding support availability and communication delays. Reliable customer support and operational stability are critical priorities for Bravo, and feedback like yours is taken seriously and shared internally with our onboarding and support leadership teams. Bravo works with pawn shops and retailers across North America to provide pawn management software, inventory tracking, compliance tools, payment solutions, and operational support designed to help stores grow and operate efficiently. We regret that your transition experience created frustration instead of confidence. We would appreciate the opportunity to review the issues surrounding your conversion and support experience directly.
