Had the pleasure working with Gerri Brooks re: pen reorder today and she was extremely helpful and courteous. Been ordering promotional items from Branders for many years and expect to do the same for many more. Thanks Branders!

I appreciated the helpful customer service from Alfredo Buenavente while placing my recent order. I had trouble uploading the company logo I wanted on the product & Alfredo helped & resolved my problem. I was very happy with the end result (logo bigger than I expected which is great!). Will order from Branders again! (BR85076)

The whole process from beginning to end was a piece of cake. The cups arrived on time (actually a day early) and just as I,expected them. Jody Acosta helped me through my order, number BR83091, and everything worked like a charm

Order #BR84031, Jody Acosta was super friendly, very helpful, and a dream to work with. This is the firth or sixth time we have ordered promotional products from Branders for our dental office, and the quality has always been perfect, product identical to the proof image, and always a follow up contact by Jody to make sure we were happy. Can't recommend Branders highly enough.
