Hi Karen, we are truly regretful to hear that you are not satisfied with the product you ordered. Per checking our record, you ordered a wavy hair unit with bleached hair knots which was out-of-stock at the moment. We emailed you that due to the nature of bleaching, which is a harsh chemical process on the hair, it may cause tangling just as bleaching would do to any human hair and due to this alteration, if you still wish to proceed with the order, the product will be final sales. Upon hearing your dissatisfaction after receiving the hair unit, our customer service provided a detailed conditioning process to make sure that you co-wash and condition properly for at least 30-45 minutes as that's important for wavy/curly hair unit. As of right now, if you still have any concern regarding your wig unit, please feel free to reach out to our customer service so we can see how we can point you to the right hair care products. And if not, we hope that you are able to find the hair unit that you are satisfied with at another vendor and wish you the best of luck! Stay beautiful!

To whom may concern. The customer had reached out to us prior to this complaint and stated that our small size wig was too big for her that her stylist refused to install the wig prior to her trip. Our wig’s measurements are displayed on the product page in an obvious position so customers can measure their head size prior to ordering a wig. We also provide a separate custom service for people who have extra small head size that won’t fit with our small, medium and large three options. Unfortunately the customer proceeded to order a standard small size wig which turned out to not fit her. The product was delivered on Jun. 3rd and the customer emailed us on Jun. 19th which was 2 weeks beyond our 7 day return policy. However we did respond to her to provide a courtesy wig exchange to a custom size and have yet to receive a response. We look forward to helping the customer resolve this issue once we hear back.
