This is a fraud scam
This is a fraud scam. It's site is deceptive, following having my tablet taken and someone fraudulently setting up an account, I received a $499 charge on my credit card. I reached out immediately, before the charge was even posted, and demanded they remove the unauthorized $499 charge from my account. They sent me a threatening email saying, "the subscription has been canceled and no further charges will be made to your account." They have refused to refund my $500, and are not providing any service to me whatsover, just like the above, manipulative, deceptive "response" provided by these slime lords below. Stay the F away, this is a phishing scam!

We are disappointed by this review, which contains multiple false and defamatory claims. To clarify: this was not a fraudulent transaction. The subscription was initiated and verified through the reviewer’s exact email address—the same one they used to contact our support team. Our platform requires email verification before access is granted, making it impossible to subscribe without direct access to that inbox. We provided access to the platform as intended, and when this user later contacted us, we immediately canceled the subscription and confirmed no further charges would be made. They were not threatened in any way. That is a complete fabrication. We maintain full transaction records, verification logs, and platform access history, all of which confirm this was a valid purchase—not a phishing scam or deceptive charge. Publicly labeling our company as a scam when clear evidence proves otherwise is defamatory and taken seriously.
