I needed an architect to design and draw up plans for a garden room extension to the back of my house. I was fortunate in that I selected the perfect company for the project. My ideas were listened to added to and improved and the accepted plans submitted to the local authority. There was excellent communication between us and all done quickly. I highly recommend this Company

I requested a plan to replace a bathroom, with a bath (part of a 2 bedroom 1920s art deco building) with 2 smaller bathrooms, each with a shower but no baths. Minimising alterations to loadbearing walls. I stated this clearly, uambiguously, in writing. I got a design with 2 bathrooms, each with a bath. To fit the baths in, 3 structural load bearing wall required movement.
