BPI was running a Black Friday deal, where if you spent over $50, you got a free Creatine. I did, but when my packager arrived, the Creatine was not included. When I contacted customer support, I was told that it was while supplies lasted and to keep an eye out for future promotions. The "better luck next time" response was completely unacceptable, and I will NOT be ordering from BPI again in the future, as there are many supplement companies to chose from.
