Ordered protein a month ago. Still don’t have it. Apparently it’s on back order but nobody planned on relaying the message. Ran out of my supply and had to drop even more money on protein from somewhere else. Still waiting on my order though 👍

This was my first purchase with BPI and so far it has been a frustrating experience. Through the recommendation from a friend I purchased 2 - 5lb tubs of protein powder on Feb 7th. It is now the 21st and I still have yet to receive them. I also was charged the full price as opposed to the discounted price because somehow when I used PayPal the discount was not applied. I sent BPI an email to get clarity on this and to possibly receive a refund for the difference. I received no response from the company through email and so the following week I called them. BPI’s customer service said my refund would hit my account in the next few days. They also said the product I purchased is on backorder and that I’d receive it soon. This phone conversation was a week and a half ago... I understand these types of issues can happen but I can’t be the first person this has happened to. My experience with BPI’s website and customer service was not recommendable nor am I satisfied.

I’ve sent 2 emails about my order. I’m missing my creatine defined and nobody has responded to me.

I put an order in on Feb 7th and it is now Feb. 21 and I have yet to even receive a confirmation email of the product being shipped. Not a good first impression of ordering from this company.

Product was received immediately. I purchased a few different supplements and all are very tasty. Not even close to drinking a supplement. Love this product. Hope it helps with my weight loss as well building muscle. Too soon to tell.

My product was never delivered. I submitted 2 different tickets online and received no response.

I did not receive the item I purchased and I've contacted BPI multiple times but they still have not replied!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered protein almost three weeks ago. Never got the tracking for over a week and a half, then called customer service and they told me they had a computer error and some orders got messed up with stock they had, no one ever contacted me about this until I called. They then said that the order was being over nighted the following day, this was a week ago and still haven’t got my items. Contacted customer service via email they did not answer my question but try to give me 20% off a future order (which is less than you can get on the website at anytime). Terrible customer service, never fixed any problems and haven’t received my protein yet and did nothing to compensate for my inconvenience
