Worst service ever, I ordered a 2x1 iso HD 5 lb protein and only received 1 iso HD 5 lb. Order was made on February 9th i have tried to contact support without no reply. Wouldn’t recommend , this protein is not worth this hazzle.

When I went online to order, the two products I was looking at were both showing on sale and listed separate promotion codes. However, when I placed the order, the system would only accept one promotion code, so I lost a 40% advertised discount on the second item (with code BEPRODUCTIVE). If you are going to advertise sale prices, the online order system should be equipped to process multiple promo codes when different sale items are being purchased!

After looking into your order I see you applied the coupon code Protein42 to your order and this is why the 2nd coupon code did not work as you are only allowed 1 coupon per order. BPI advertised a 35% off coupon the space for code insertion never appeared and directed me to payment, then it was charged to my account when I emailed about this it was ignored all times I inquired about my discount being applied and it was again ignored. I will no longer use their products and will tell people I know.

Nice full page article about your new CEO in M&F...is she aware how poor her own company is at fulfilling orders? Or is this the new direction of the company under her leadership? Still waiting on my order placed over a month ago and still waiting on some sort of response to emails on the status of my order. Got my "free" squirt bottle of aminos....not the $150 worth of supplements I was charged for.....
